The return policy of Airdog USA is as follows: You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive their products to contact them for a return authorization (RA) number to return the item for a 100% refund (excluding return shipping fee). The products returned must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally shipped with your order must be included with the return. If you open a dispute/claim regarding the order, the thirty (30) day return policy will not be applicable and will be null and void. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse or is missing parts due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a 50% fee. If you would like to cancel your order while the item is in transit to you, all cancellation requests will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. They also have a circumstantial extended return policy in place. If you would like to return your item within reason during the 60-day window, you will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
